Flooded Lake House in Hot Springs, AR

This home was a family's second home located on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR.  Friday morning, the homeowner received a call from a neighbor alerting them that their home had suffered a severe water loss on the third floor.  Water had be pouring out of the master bathroom sink supply line and affected 75 percent of the home.  Obviously, they were very upset and wanted to get to work on this as quickly as possible.  SERVPRO of Saline County arrived within two hours of the call and began working.  Our crew worked the entire weekend, mitigating the loss.  The entire process took up to two weeks.
